PROPERTY RULES
No fireworks on the property.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.
Pets: If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. There is a $98 per pet fee for each additional dog. This fee covers your pet for the entire stay. Guests over 16 people will be an additional $20 charge per guest per night.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 10 vehicles.
**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking including your photo ID.
Before your booking begins, we require you to purchase a damage waiver for a small fee of $35 (if booking direct through our website, this fee is already included in your booking). This will be through a company called Superhog out of Great Britain. There may be an international fee associated with this payment. We require you to buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
We recommend completing the ID verification process and purchasing the waiver at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid any check-in delays.
The following list will cause immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without a refund.
Guest agrees to pay a $500 surcharge for every violation of the house rules:
1. Tampering with any security devices
2. Ignoring quiet hours
3. Ignoring the maximum property guest count for your stay
4. Having a party (unless approved through Host)
5. Having illegal substances or underage drinking
Frequently Asked Questions: How-To's of the House
General:
Fire pit: Be VERY careful to keep the fire contained inside the fire pit. No Large fires and please do not have a fire on a windy day. Guests must clean up the fire pit area after use.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the driveway. If more is needed, park along the driveway towards Eagle Bluff Drive.
General TV usage: All TV’s are smart TV’s. They have access to various streaming apps for your use. When you turn on the TV, select your check-out date and any accounts you logged into will automatically be logged out on your check-out date. There is a BluRay player & PS4 with DVDs available for your use.
If you use the gas grill, please thoroughly clean it.
Lodge only
PS4, Wii, Atari: Use Smart TV in the basement. Turn TV on and PS4 is powered on. Use the input setting on the remote to select the input for the PS4.
Space Invaders Arcade Game (3,000+ games):
Turn on the arcade game by turning on the power strip to the right side of the game council
To exit a game hold 1 Player icon (pictured here > )
Shut off the power strip when finished
There are 3,000 games so HAVE FUN!
Dining Room Baseboard heaters: to turn temp up or down on baseboard heaters use the turn dials on the end of the heaters. Make sure when you leave they are turned off. These are only located in the four seasons dining room and should only be used during temps under zero degrees.
Basement gas fireplace: Turn the timer next to the fireplace for desired use. If done using the fireplace and it is still on, turn the dial to the off position.
Living room wood burning fireplace: Only use this if you know how to use it correctly. Please make sure the gas is off and the flu is closed after use. Please clean out the fireplace after each use. There is a garbage can and tools to clean the fireplace in the screened-in porch.
Upstairs kitchen: Stove is not to be used. Sink is operational and maybe used if needed.
Balcony: the balcony can be accessed from two of the three bedrooms from the upstairs (east side of the house). Use the balcony responsibly and have no more than 8 people on it at any one time.
Screened in porch east side of house: screened in porch is accessible from the exterior door or through the east bedrooms on the main level.
Cabin only
Living room electric fireplace: Plug in power cord into wall. When completed with use, please unplug unit.
Pool Table: Please use the pool table responsibly & clean up including the table when finished with use.
Dart board: Press power button on dart board and select game of choice. Please, turn off power upon completion of use.
Card table: located in bedroom, off the kitchen in the closet. Please, put the card table back after use.
