PROPERTY RULES
No fireworks on the property.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.
Pets: If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. There is a $98 per pet fee for each additional dog. This fee covers your pet for the entire stay. Guests over 12 people will be an additional $20 charge per guest per night.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 10 vehicles.
**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking including your photo ID.
Before your booking begins, we require you to purchase a damage waiver for a small fee of $35 (if booking direct through our website, this fee is already included in your booking). This will be through a company called Superhog out of Great Britain. There may be an international fee associated with this payment. We require you to buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
We recommend completing the ID verification process and purchasing the waiver at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid any check-in delays.
The following list will cause immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without a refund.
Guest agrees to pay a $500 surcharge for every violation of the house rules:
1. Tampering with any security devices
2. Ignoring quiet hours
3. Ignoring the maximum property guest count
4. Having a party
5. Having illegal substances or underage drinking
Frequently Asked Questions: How-To's of the House
Trash: If you are staying at the house on Tuesday night, please roll the garbage cans to the street curb. If garbage cans are at the curb upon check-in, please bring them from the road into the garage.
Fire pit: Be VERY careful to keep the fire contained inside the fire pit. No Large fires and please do not have a fire on a windy day.
Parking: there is plenty of parking for your vehicles in the main driveway. If additional parking is needed you can park past the main driveway towards the back detached garage.
General TV usage: All TV’s are smart TV’s. They have access to various streaming apps for your use. When you turn on the TV, select your check-out date and any accounts you logged into will automatically be logged out on your check-out date. There is a BluRay player & PS4 with DVDs available for your use.
Gas Fireplace: There is a timer on the wall next to the switch. Please flip the switch above the timer to turn on the fan. Set the timer to the desired lenght of use. When finished with use, turn off the fan switch and confirm the fireplace timer is set to off.
FireplaceRoom Light & Fan Usage: Flip the switch on the wall next to the kitchen to on position. Locate the fan/light remote next to the fireplace. Press the bottom button to turn on and off the light. To use the fan press the top button (3 dots) for high, second button down (2 dots) for medium and the third button down (1 dot) for slow fan speed. Turn off the light and fan when finished by using the same switch used to turn it on by the kitchen.
